Installation Process
Step 1: Consultation
Clients will pair with company representatives via a free consultation to find the solar solution best suited for their needs.
Step 2: Preliminary Site Visit
A team of technicians will be sent out to the installation site to ensure that all technical prerequisites are in place and confirm that we are providing the solution best suited for the needs of the client.
Step 3: Final Proposal and Payment
At Munyax Eco, we care about transparency. After the site visit, our team will develop a plan for the client outlining the steps that will be undertaken upon installation and the costs associated with each step of the procedure.
Step 4: Product Installation
Upon mutual agreement, we will schedule a day for installation. The installation process is quick and clean, usually taking just a day to fully connect the client's new solar panel systems to their electrical systems.
Step 5: Maintenance
At Munyax Eco, we are committed to making products that last. To make this commitment a reality, all of our products include a free 2-year maintenance period coupled with complementary warranty periods of 3-10 years, depending on the product selected.
